My public pitch went pretty well, but I think I could have gotten a better grade if I demonstrated "consistent control of eye contact, volume, pronunciation, and body posture," used "some variation in volume and inflection to emphasize key points," and "used some body movements to enhance articulation." My use of multimedia in my oral presentation was good because the information and visuals I incorporated in my
Prezi was purposeful and added interest to my presentation. The amount of work I put into my presentation did reflect the outcome because I mentally knew what I was going to get right after I presented.
One public pitch I thought went well was Angelika and Mai's presentation about creating a web comic to entertain people. I liked how they made their PowerPoint very interesting through the use of a bunch a funny gifs. Even though the gifs were funny, it didn't really distract me from their presentation. It actually served a point and made their presentation more amusing, since their actual project is making people laugh.
